I have a lovely 9ft by 12ft DOUBLE room on the 1st floor of my home to rent to someone chilled and genuine. I am the easy going owner (not ocd) but looking for a flatmate early – mid March. Someone kind with a sense of humour? I work long hours so the same could work. I’ve been used to sharing with someone who goes out to work so the same might be better. Leighton Buzzard is 30 minutes into Euston and I am a 4 minute walk (literally) to the train station. There is one parking space available for a cost of ยฃ90 for year (ad hoc it is ยฃ1.20 a day). Price includes bills. The house has a garden, 2 bathrooms (1 bath and shower, 1 waterfall showers) and a huge kitchen with lovely big island. All newly redecorated. Photos to come.
