We have a large, comfortable, family house in the quiet village of Lindsey. Private room has Kingsize bed with memory foam mattress and oak furniture. It is in an excellent condition. Own bathroom opposite with shower over bath, sink and toilet. Linen and towels provided.
Located in Lindsey, 4 miles from Hadleigh. 30 min drive to Bury St Edmunds, Ipswich or Colchester. Quiet location, lovely scenery. Thriving local pub.
This is available to rent on a Monday to Friday basis. Weekends would be considered for the right person. We are looking for a non -smoking, professional.
We are a working household with a teenage daughter (50% of the time). Must be a dog lover. We have 2 friendly Labradors (not allowed upstairs). Both of us are DBS checked.
Use of kitchen, dining and lounge area as well as large garden. Parking available on driveway.
Very relaxing home. Your privacy would be respected. Car is essential.
