Hi,

I’m looking for another professional to flat-share with.

I’ve secured a 2 bed flat in the cultural Georgian Quarter / City Centre and it’s decorated to a high standard.

1 year contract; can get a takeover during if needs be but ideally want someone in who’s happy to stay long term.

There’s an option to pay 550 for the smaller room or 650 for the larger. Utility bills are relatively low approx 50 pounds water & electric per person pcm. There’s also council tax to pay split between us.

I’m a masters student, creative business woman & performance artist working in the city centre. I’m mostly out in the studio or at the gym. I also split my time between Liverpool, London & Scotland.

Must be okay with a cat who occasionally visits. She’s clean, quiet and keeps to herself.

I’m social, balanced and a homely person.

Love the arts, community building and the great outdoors.
