Two bedroom flat available for long let located 10min away Liverpool street station by overground (cheaper than bus apparently!) and main buses just around the corner. You can’t ask for better connection to the city 🙂 At the same, it is facing parkside and it is next door to the marshes and also the canal, which are popular destinations over weekends. There’s also Horse Riding School near by and loads food&drink places around

It is quiet place as it is a top floor (with wide and great views to the city(Canary warf, Shard, all those..!)), and has just one side wall with neighbor. It has loads light as it has several skylights and also it offers completely private space as it doesn’t face any neighbor around.
Both bedrooms have separate access to the bathroom. One bedroom is single use only however, or can be used as a studio or storage as it is small size.
Flat is recently refurbished and has all modern appliances installed (like usb sockets etc:), wood flooring and tiles in wet areas.
It has very good connection to Stansted airport with connection to Liverpool street you can be in one hour.
The building is very secure and has 24/7 CCTV with responsive management. The shared areas (flat is on 4th floor, and no lift unfortunately) are cleaned thoroughly every week.
Price is £1700 for two rooms, with all utilities inclusive except wifi.
