THE ROOM is on the 2nd floor of a flat in a Victorian terrace close to Victoria park, E2. It is bright and furnished to be comfortable. The
ROOM VIEW looks onto a street with leafy trees (in summer) and hoarding with exuberant professional grafitti.
Shared use of the kitchen which is designed as a pleasant place to hang out. It can be used for entertaining as there is no communal lounge.
Bathroom is shared.
THE FLAT has not been modernised much and consequently has a few minor eccentricities – the overall impression is slightly shabby in parts (artistically so) but clean! All essential appliances work.

The flat is near a pleasant community square with 2 grocery shops, hairdresser, and cafe.
BIGGEST ADVANTAGE: Beautiful Victoria Park and access to two glorious canal walks – 3 minutes from flat.

At one end of the road is a terminus for buses 309 and D3.
Bethnal Green underground and Cambridge Heath Overground are a 7 minute walk away. Stepney Green Underground is also close by.
At the end of the street is a Santander bike station.
