BRIGHT, FURNISHED, DOUBLE BEDROOM in 2 bed flat with sunny balcony. Located on the 9/10th floor of a 1950s Modernist Housing Estate in Brixton. There is a kitchen with dishwasher, pantry, living room, bathroom (bath and overhead shower) plus separate toilet, and two bedrooms. The flat has windows in every room and northern and southern exposures with views of central and south London. There is a full internal staircase and the bedrooms and bathroom are on the upper floor.
The bedroom has a double bed with storage underneath, a dresser, cupboard, laundry hamper and clothes cupboard. There is additional storage in the airing cupboard.
Brixton tube/overground (Victoria line) and Loughborough Junction are a 10-minute walk away. There are lots of choices for food shopping, from supermarkets to independents/natural foods, and there is a large leisure centre nearby. Ruskin Park is 12 minutes away and Brockwell Park (with Sunday Farmers Market at Herne Hill and Brockwell Lido) 20 minutes walk away. Brixton is a lively place so we try to keep the flat as peaceful as possible. No regular overnight visitors please but occasional out-of-town guests are welcome. Non-smoking. No couples.
Your flatmate is a somatic therapist who travels, visits art galleries, and walks in nature whenever possible.

Rent: £850/month plus bills ( average £160/month for council tax, water, wifi, gas, electric)
Terms: 6-month term renewable
Notice: 2 months
