The room on offer has a chest of drawers, desk and chair, shelves and a new single bed. And the house has a large living room, kitchen and bathroom to share.
The local Co Op is 5 mins walk. Woolwich has a large Tesco, Sainsburys and Lidl, library, swimming pool and gym. And the newly restored Woolwich Arsenal has lots of nice eateries and interesting gallery spaces.

At the top of the road is beautiful Shrewsbury Park with great views over the Thames. Oxleas Wood ( an ancient woodland) is 15 mins walk and Plumstead and Winn Commons are 5 mins walk away.
Only one other person lives here and it is a lovely quiet LBGT-friendly place to live. I am a gay man who works in corporate team building events.
