I have a room available from 6th October 2024.
It is in a flat in E11 3RS, north-east London.
Nearest stations are Manor Park on the Elizabeth line and Leytonstone/Wanstead on the Central Line. It is on a good bus route. There is free, road parking.
The room is a double with bed, wardrobe, drawers, desk, stool, sofa, coffee table.
There is no communal space but a kitchen with breakfast bar and separate office area.
Cost is £220 per week, payable weekly, with a deposit of £880.
Bills included.
Flexible on length of stay.
Flat includes washing machine, dishwasher, wi-fi.
It is a quiet location.
I am looking for someone friendly, independent, non-smoker, clean and in employment.
There is no balcony but the area has lots of green space, with a lovely High Street nearby.
I am the only other person at the flat and am often away so would suit someone who likes to have their own space.
