Artists, Makers, Musicians, Dancers, Circus Performers, Yogis, Foodies, Fitness/Health Fiends… join us, noting that THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. We love to chat, eat and have beers and the area is NOT short of parties if you did want a boogie.

Included in the subket fee, is a kitty, a weekly cleaner, WIFI and all bills.

The move-in date is mid- October , and £223 is required to secure the room with the deposit and first month’s rent payable prior to moving in.

Within a 5-minute walk there is a lovely local park connected to the canal, shops, a retail park, and great transport links. Seven Sisters and Tottenham Hale stations (Victoria Line, Overground, and trains to Stratford, Liverpool Street, Cambridge, and Stansted Airport) are within 10 minutes walking distance.
