Hi there. I have a double room available from 01/09/2023.

House is a lovely 1930s three-bed, and the bedroom to rent is a good size, double 15ft × 12. ft. It is furnished with a wooden wardrobe, a king-sized wooden bed, a chest of drawers, and a small fold-out table and chair. The communal areas for sharing include a spacious kitchen, garden, and bathroom (with shower). This is a room-only rental so, unfortunately, no access to the living room. The rear door opens to south facing garden with a table and chairs on the paved patio.

House is a 12 mins walk to Norwood Junction station, and 23 mins walk to East Croydon (or 10 mins by bus) for fast train services into London or to the south coast. We’re also 5 mins stroll to Norwood Lakes and within close proximity to Crystal Palace Triangle with plenty of shops and cafes. The street is a quiet residential street with friendly neighbours and free on-street parking.

I am a Senior Leader for the official Charity for Crystal Palace Football Club situated 3 mins from the property. I work 9-5 and WFH 2- 3 times a week. I have one other male house guest who works in the city and again WFH a couple of days a week. We are meat-eating individuals, have no pets and we do not smoke. I’m into music and singing, holidays and going to the cinema.

All bills, including council tax, utilities, regular cleaner, WIFI, and rent are included in the monthly rent. Open to considering Monday – Friday lodgers.
