Flat sharing with two professionals in their 30s and 50s who work as architects and environmental journalist.
The flat spreads over three floors. The ground floor is only the entrance to the first floor, which has a bright living room, a cosy well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom (which you will be sharing with another flatmate). The vacant bedroom is on the top floor, beside another one.
Laminated Wooden floors throughout the flat, but the stairs.
It’s a seven-minute walk to Wood Green Station (Piccadilly Line), a ten-minute walk to
Alexandra Palace train station, and many buses.
We are looking for a considerate, clean, and like-minded housemate who is independent but also enjoys, from time to time, sharing stories over a glass of wine and a homemade dish.
Someone who will treat the place like home.
