Bedroom is furnished with double bed, wardrobe, large chest of drawers and bedside table. All bedding can be supplied. The flat has two bathrooms, so whilst it isn’t ensuite, you will usually be the only person using your shower/bath.
I’m a 42yr old professional journalist. I live on my own and looking to rent my spare room on a single occupancy basis. Happy to discuss fewer nights if you only need it for 2 or 3, can be flexible. Happy also for some items/clothes to be left in the room when you’re not there. There is street parking outside – free except for restrictions 9-10am and 3-4pm, but parking can be paid for as an addition through my residents permit – currently £1.60/day.
We’d be sharing the spacious kitchen (with dishwasher), and big living room with dining table. I’d hope you’d feel very much at home there during the week.
The flat is 8 mins walk to Turnham Green station (District Line, also Piccadilly Line between 10.30pm and 6.45am). The E3 bus stop is right outside, which goes to Chiswick Mainline Station (routes to Clapham Jct, Vauxhall, Waterloo), as well as the 94 going through Shepherd’s Bush into town, and countless buses on Chiswick High Rd going towards Hammersmith.
There is a handy convenience store right across the road from the flat, and the bustle of Chiswick High Rd with its shops, cafes and bars is only a short walk away.
Virgin Media TV and wifi are included. Gas & electric included but may be subject to change.
