One double bedroom (3.5m by 3.5m) in a 4-bedroom house (other bedroom is on separate floor) with stunning views of the local wood and private bathroom (bath and shower). 4 minutes to Wimbledon station by train or 15 minutes by bus, and 5 minutes to Morden by bus or a 20-minute walk. No parking restrictions. I’m a warm and considerate 40-year-old woman who owns a friendly cat and has lived in the property for over 4 years.
I’m looking for a housemate who is warm, easy-going and considerate (of both their housemate and the place they are staying) and, ideally, is looking to socialize on occasion such as watch a movie, etc, rather than be passing ships. Having a housemate that works from the office at least a few days a week would be a bonus.
TV and sofa in kitchen/dining room for common use; 60-foot garden with outside seating; fast broadband; cleaner every other week for 4 hours; all bills included.
