Lovely double bedroom in a quiet residential close in Tooting.
10 mins from the common (and Tooting Bec lido) and 15 mins to Tooting Bec/high street / 10 to Tooting Broadway. Buses even closer.
The room has 3 full ceiling to floor sliding door wardrobe which you can get accessories for from Ikea to suit your requirements – hanging / shelves / desk section etc.
House has a private garden which is low maintenance- part decked and part Astro turf and has a swing ball game for you to play if you fancy!
The room and house are fully furnished, with a TV in the sitting room. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.
You’ll be sharing the kitchen, bathroom (bath and shower) and sitting room with me.
I am out most days, working but around evenings and weekends when I am not away seeing friends and family.
I am clean and tidy and environmentally conscious, so am keen on composting, recycling and reducing energy consumption where possible.
All bills and council tax costs total about £100 per month but if you are working from home and/or your energy consumption is high, I will need to increase the rent to accommodate the higher bills.
Monday- Friday lodgers also welcome, for which I would obviously reduce the rent.
