DESCRIPTION

Looking for a friendly, responsible and considerate flat mate for a double room in a quiet 2 bedroom flat to share with one other woman.
The flat overlooks the property garden and is surrounded by trees. It has a small balcony and large windows. The building has gardens surrounding it that can be used by the tenants.
It is close to Highgate village (10 minute walk) and Crouch End village (20 minute walk). The closest tube is Archway (15 minute walk). It’s also not far from Waterlow Park and Hampstead Heath and Highgate Woods. The other neighbours in the building are quite friendly.
Bills are not included in the monthly rent of £787.50, but heating and hot water are. The new tenant would need to go through referencing with the agency and sign a new tenancy with me. It is council tax band D.
I live a fairly quiet life, so I’m looking to share with someone who is similar. I work in mental health – Monday-Friday mostly outside of home.
The bedroom is a good sized double. It is currently set up as a single but will be unfurnished, with the option to keep either the wardrobe or the single bed if desired. The rest of the flat is furnished.
No couples please, and unfortunately we’re unable to have pets in the flat.
