The flat is 12 years old and relatively worry free. I would like a flatmate that is clean, polite, respectful, friendly (within reason, I’m a bit of an introvert). You will have your own fridge freezer and cupboard space in the kitchen. Ideally not too many or late night visitors. It is a 5 minute walk to train station and a 7 minute walk to the high road to get buses towards Edmonton or Seven Sisters. Big Sainsbury’s, B&M and a Gym. If you’re a Spurs fan you’re in luck as stadium is 7 mins away. Area is busy on game days. Area is well lit and undergoing a bit of a regeneration. Flat faces the back of a school so mornings and afternoons get busy with teachers parking and SEND kids coming and going. Daytimes are quiet thanks to great sound insulation.
I work both from home and out.
