Hi,
I have a good-sized double room to let in my three bed-flat – preferably for someone who needs a room Monday to Friday, however the room is available all week (From May 22nd, 2023).
Monday to Friday occupancy is discounted.
I’m the owner/occupier and sole occupant; looking for a mature person to share with.
Great and quiet location in south-east London with easy access to bus and rail links (zone 3) that will take you to central in under thirty minutes.
I’m a producer and I work from home mostly. I’m fairly laid back, but tidy.
I love the area as there’s little noise, our road is private and neighbours are pretty good.
As for the room, it’s furnished with plenty of storage and hopefully somewhere that really feels like home. Gas and electricity are additional bills (Current prices £45 per month summer and £80 winter).
The kitchen has a dining table area and all mod cons.
A shared bathroom and two toilets (one separate).
All bills are included and there is a cleaner who takes care of the communal areas.
Used to have Sky TV box in the room but the equipment was scrapped by Sky. Open to getting a new connection if needed.
Transport:
There are four stations that I consider to be in walking distance; Lee (>10 minutes), Hither Green and Kidbrooke (20 minutes) and Blackheath (25 minutes). Services to London run to London Bridge, Victoria, Waterloo, Cannon Street and Charing Cross – 18-30 minutes travel time.
Lewisham is a short bus or taxi ride and has DLR access
Night bus from central London to the end of the road.
