apartment from Monday to Friday, as I will be working away from home. I will be here for the weekends.
Situated adjacent to Larkhall Park in Stockwell, the apartment is equidistant to Stockwell and Clapham North underground stations, and Clapham High Street Overground – all within a 10 minute level walk.
The Battersea Power Station development is also about a 10/15 minute walk away, where there are restaurants, cafes, retail outlets and a riverboat stop.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and a washer/dryer. There is also a steam iron and ironing board for use. Fibre broadband and smart tv installed.
I will provide some hanging space for clothes and a storage unit in the bedroom so you don’t have to carry clothes back and forth every week.
The apartment is always clean and very tidy, so I am looking for someone who is also clean and tidy to live here while I’m away. There is a south facing furnished terrace off the bedroom, which will also be available to use.
Once we have agreed terms, we probably won’t see each other again, so comms by WhatsApp/ text/ email/ phone will be important.
