Hi I am seeking a responsible capable person to share my newly refurbished Ground floor maisonette in trendy Walthamstow. Excellent transport links 10 minutes max from Blackhorse rd tube or St James St station mainline to Liverpool St. car parking needs a permit unfortunately. Loads of shops bars restaurants gyms cultural centres parks etc within easy reach. Walthamstow is listed as one of the best outer London Boroughs. .
The room has a leather sofa bed wardrobe chest of drawers coffee table and chairs. There is a small office/television room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a table and chairs. There is a a new shower cubicle in the fully tiled bathroom but no bath. Access to a shared garden.
Please call to discuss. I have to travel over the next few months do you would have the place to yourself quite a lot of the time which is why I am seeking someone to share with me.
