Rentee will have full access to all apartment amenities (i.e. TVs in lounge and kitchen, kitchen cooking equipment – baking, juicing and more, crokery and cutlery, storage – bookshelves, cupboards, etc, washer/dryer machine, and large balcony that has a double bench and garden chairs/table). The double room is fully furnished with large TV (55″ with subscription to Netflix, Disney, Paramount, Apple TV), a double bed with storage, built-in large double wardrobe, floor lamp and table lamps, built-in ceiling aircon/heater, with view to the estate private park. Superfast internet throughout apartment (1gb speed – wifi or ethernet). The renter will also have her own large bathroom which comes with wall and floor heating. The living comes also with access to the estate amenities – gym, swimming pool and spa, bike store, private garden and the main estate private park (no additional cost). Car park space can be made available if required (but will require additional £200 per month). The building car park is private and gated.
