Great room in lovely Victorian house
The room is on the 1st floor overlooking the garden. It comes with a double bed new mattress wardrobe & chest of drawers. There is a large bathroom with bath and shower shared by the two people renting. There is a really huge open plan kitchen with combined sitting and eating area with table sofa TV etc. The kitchen is shared by the two people renting as there is a second kitchen upstairs which I use. I have an adorable basset hound who is very friendly but will mostly stay with me sleeping and eating area is upstairs so separate from the shared kitchen. I work part time in a law firm and also work as an artist from home. My studio is an upstairs room in the house. It is in a very quiet tree-lined street with a friendly café at the end of the road and a nice park (Butterfield Green) 2 minutes away. All the bills are included (gas electricity water council tax internet etc.) . I am looking for a considerate person who is conscientious about house sharing.
