DESCRIPTION
Offering a delightful, furnished, airy room and bathroom (sorry no photos of the room atm as it is currently occupied), plus use of the kitchen and garden.
We are retired and live an active life but would like to dispense with outsiders coming in for cleaning, ironing, and various other chores. We would agree a fixed number of housekeeping hours daily as a fair exchange, in return for the rent which runs at around ยฃ1000-1200 monthly in our area.
We are not looking for a companion, rather a person who is cheerful, independent, house proud and a willing, meticulous helper in the home who is trustworthy, respectful and loves dogs. We’d be happy to have the occasional chat but for harmony in the home, must respect each other’s privacy. Our new housemate would very likely have a flexible or part time job either to WFH or outside the home.
We are very close to green space and public transport, with pleasant shopping streets and cafes nearby.
The house is calm and conveniently arranged. We want our housemate to feel at home, comfortable and secure and happy to be there.
