Beautiful large double bedroom in a 2-bed flat (1st floor) converted Victorian mansion in Highbury, available from the end of April.
I work in publishing and am seeking a like-minded, friendly flatmate to share this lovely, light space with, as my current flatmate is moving to Italy (and the flat is too lovely to leave!). I am sociable but enjoy a quiet living space in a relaxed, respectful and clean environment that very much feels like a home.
There is access to a communal garden, and Newington Green, Clissold Park and Highbury Fields are all just around the corner. Lots of lovely cafés, restaurants and shops within walking distance, and Canonbury Overground and Highbury & Islington Station are both nearby.
Bills amount to approx. £200/month (including council tax), and you will have your own bath/shower. Please do get in touch if you are interested in hearing (and seeing) more. I will be arranging viewings in mid-February.
