It’s a large double room, newly decorated (with new carpet) plus en-suite WC/shower – There’s loads of wardrobe and drawer space. Situated on the 1st floor, it’s south facing and overlooks the street. M-F but happy to discuss occasional weekends.
The house/transport:
It’s a spacious, Victorian semi in a quiet, sociable street 3 mins from Lordship Lane shops, facilities and bus stops (37, 40, 42, 176, 185, P13). About 8 mins walk to East Dulwich station (trains to London Bridge) and 20 mins walk or short bus ride to Denmark Hill station (trains to Victoria & Thameslink, etc). Dry bike storage in the side entry and free street parking. Modern, well-equipped kitchen and utility room and garden.
Utility bills and superfast broadband included.
