Large double bedroom in 3 bedroom flat for £1080 a month, bills excluded. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with one other. Bills come to roughly £150 per month.

Looking for a single individual (no couples pls) to share with a 38 and a 40 year old. As well as a sausage dog. I am open to potentially allowing someone with a small dog, but we’ll need to trial it first.
About us – We’re both into fitness, food, chilling with friends, watching movies, bbq and beer! If you like the same things, are considerate, respectful and neat, we’d love to welcome you.
The room is very spacious with a large hanging wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a desk and king size bed (please bring a mattress protector)
The bathroom is a wet room with shower.
The rest of the flat opens up into a very well equipped and stocked kitchen, large dining room and lounge area, which further opens into a two-level garden. It really is a lovely flat.
There are three different tube lines, an overground and a bunch of bus stops all around the area, so easily commute anywhere in London.
