Large room in shared flat available off Lee High Road with en suite shower room. The room is available short term initially but may become available permanently by September / October this year. I have a very friendly cat who will want to get to know you. I work from home 2-3 days a week but otherwise its a fairly quiet household with all of the usual amenities. I can arrange for parking onsite for a small additional fee.
There are 3 steps down to the front door of the flat.
Transport links are excellent with local bus stops, Blackheath station less than 15 minute walk, Hither Green about 20-25 minutes walk (I’m a slow walker) and Lewisham a short bus journey.
Sainsbury’s is about 5 minutes away and there is a M&S food store in the local BP Garage.
Some great local restaurants and cafe’s as well as being very close to Blackheath and Lewisham.
