This is a large double room with a king size bed and fitted wardrobes (with great storage) in a small very old house completely modernised kitchen and bathroom but has a wonky charm with floor boards through out and beautiful light, downstairs is open plan. I work from home with private clients at random weekly intervals, so if you work from home during office hours there is flexibility about how and where that might work out. The house is located extremely close to Epping Forest and has great transports links to Walthamstow and Leytonstone. the house has a strong environmental approach to resources and waste. everything possible is refilled or plastic free, plant based, almost vegan. Shared, communal areas are deep cleaned once a week.
