Large room for rent in Battersea minutes from Battersea Park
My current flat share, who came to me from Cohabitats, a year and a half ago, has sadly had to return home to New Zealand and so I’m looking for another person to share my home.
The flat is the top two floors of an Edwardian House, situated on a quiet residential street, minutes from beautiful Battersea Park.
The room for rent is large, light and sunny, and is at the top of the house.
There are brilliant transport links from the end of the road, with buses travelling all over London. The Battersea Power Station Tube is approximately 7minutes by bus, as is the mainline station at Clapham Junction.
You will be sharing with me. My background is in the Arts and Education.
I have been told that I am easy to live alongside. I have quite a busy social life and like to make sure that I get to see current exhibitions and theatre productions alongside making my own work.
Domestically, I’m keen to keep all shared spaces ordered and tidy which seems to work well.
Currently the flat is being newly decorated.
There is a shared shower room and loo, but this has never presented any problems.
I find, that if at the outset, myself and the new sharer discuss how they need to use the flat, things go extremely well.
