The room and bathroom have been recently redecorated and are part of a refurbished house which is situated on a pleasant, well planted square with local café, deli and gardens. The upcoming Nine Elms, Embassy quarter and Battersea power station developments are within walking distance.
It is only a 5 minute walk to the Victoria line tube, the mainline station and bus. Takes 10 minutes to walk to the Oval for the Northern Line tube. You can be in central London and the West End in less than 20 mins and a cab home usually costs less than £20. The house is a three bedroom property which you will share with the landlords and one other tenant.
The open plan lounge/diner/kitchen opens to the secluded planted patio garden.
Off-street parking to the front of the property is available, subject to negotiation on price.
