• There is a separate, shared family bathroom and toilet right next to the bedroom, or a shower room and toilet upstairs to choose from.
SHARING WITH three other professional men: two older, single, gay men and one younger man.

The tenant will need to clean their own room weekly.
SHORT-TERM LETS
This will be considered (minimum 3 months) at £950 pcm, but the entire amount for the stay (i. e., £2850 is payable in advance, before the short term commencement of the tenancy.
REQUIREMENT OF ALL TENANCIES:
• In all cases, a standard contract and room inventory will need to be signed;
• It is essential that proof of identity (passport) and two references (one of which must be from a current employer) are provided BEFORE MOVING IN.
