All bills are included, plus use of the laundry room on the ground floor of the house, a small garden, cycle parking and unlimited fast wifi.
The house is in a very quiet street with a choice of cafes, a bakery, two excellent pubs and a great local store all within a 5 minute radius. It’s also only 10 minutes’ walk to Stoke Newington High St/Church St/Dalston with all the shops, restaurants and culture there. We are also 5 minutes from Clissold Park and the Leisure Centre with a gym, health suite and swimming pool.
There are excellent transport connections. It’s only 10 minutes’ walk to London Overground at Dalston Kingsland/DalstonJunction or Rectory Road, which will take you to City/ Shoreditch /Stratford and the Victoria line. We also have lots of bus connections to Angel, Kings Cross, the City & West End.
Myself and two lady lodgers (one is Monday to Friday) live on the lower floors of the house and my daughter is here between spells at university. Downstairs there’s a large kitchen where we can have a relaxed chat as and when we all have time. I’m a relaxed but conscientious host, the place is kept like a proper home. It’s very calm, clean, warm, safe and friendly – no noise and no dramas.
