THE FLAT
The room is a freshly painted single room, furnished with a bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers, bedside drawers – also a folding chair for if you are working from home.
You will also be able enjoy our spacious living room with TV with Netflix YouView and apple tv. There is also a dining table and chairs overlooking the street, and a comfy sofa and armchair.
There is a shared shower/bathroom/toilet and roomy fully-fitted kitchen.
The lounge, hallway and bathroom have all been recently painted and give the flat a fresh feel.
THE HOUSEMATES
We enjoy the flat as a homely place to relax after a busy day and want our new flatmate to be considerate, reliable and tidy and treat the flat as a home.
THE QUEEN’S PARK AREA
The flat is very well located – less than 10 minutes walk from Queen Park tube Bakerloo/overground with easy access to Central London. (Euston 10 minutes and Oxford street is 15 minutes) The flat is also less than a 5 minute walk to Kensal Rise overground which runs to Richmond/Clapham or Stratford).
There is easy access to several bus routes, including night buses. The flat is in a pleasant and safe area, very close to a lovely park (with tennis courts, pitch and putt, and a pets’ corner!), a large Sainsbury and the many delis, coffee shops, restaurants and pubs of Queens Park and Kensal Rise.

Rent is ยฃ750, and bills are fixed at ยฃ100 per month in total (including Council tax, TV licence including wireless internet, fortnightly cleaner and all utilities). A deposit of of ยฃ750 plus one month’s rent/bills: (ยฃ850) is required to secure the room.
