I have a large double room approx. 12ft x 11ft with your own shower room (almost ensuite as its right opposite) ­ƒÿè in a beautiful canal-side duplex apartment. ItÔÇÖs a unique apartment with a large lounge and dining area downstairs right next to the bedroom and a further upstairs lounge, kitchen, my own bedroom, office and bathroom. Although you wonÔÇÖt have sole use of the downstairs lounge (I use it when I have visitors and more in the summer), it will be like having your own apartment as I spend most of my time upstairs, itÔÇÖs a great property for sharing but also allows for ÔÇÿmeÔÇÖ time, or if you want to watch different things on TV. I have two large TVÔÇÖs. The entire flat is 112 sq meters with a 25ft high ceiling and windows overlooking the canal and the Olympic Park.
Neighbours are great; itÔÇÖs very much a community feel to the place. We often sit outside enjoying the sun, coffee and watching the barges go by. It was invaluable during lookdown being able to support each other.
The nearest station is Hackney Wick, just 5 mins walk and 1 stop to Stratford mainline station, or a picturesque 15 mins walk via the Olympic Park to Stratford mainline station.
You will be sharing with just myself; IÔÇÖm easygoing, happy to share meals or not, whatever you prefer. I would prefer it if you are tidy. I work in the beauty business, mainly at my clinic in central London, but I also have the occasional client at my home.
