It’s at the back of the house, full length window/ door to maximise light

2) the lower ground bedroom – which has lots of natural light. Based at the back of the house- no street walkers, has its own bijous outdoor area and own bathroom.
Lower ground level has the kitchen/diner & chillax area (which is very light) with outdoor space and the utility room/ studio room. (Same floor as bedroom & bathroom as described above )
Upper ground floor has huge open plan living room (with TV- Netflix inc), dining area and outdoor space (Suntrap)
Lastly, the roof terrace stairway leads from this floor and spans the entire house. Huge sun trap. My plants are not surviving, anyone with green fingers- I need your help!
You will be living with myself (Duracell Bunny Pilates teacher) one other tennis mad and utterly amazing and with good vibes lady (works in Finance)
We are clean, tidy respectful and calm in the chaos of London.
Please note this isn’t a party house.
I have a toddler. She will be staying with me intermittently. I’m there half of the week. If Baby is there, it’s a weekend – we are usually out with friends daytime and Battersea Park or stay with friends. She is a sociable little thing though.
I repeat, it’s is not full of baby toys etc. as we are usually out in the day and all her paraphernalia are kept in my bedroom/ chillax area. I love a chat, glass of light red wine, mean cup of tea and happy to meet new people.
I do want this to be your home too & friends are welcome. It’s a big enough property to be as sociable as you like or not.

Good news we will have all the benefits of Tesco next door- but no noise due to the unloading taking place on another street… (completed in Q3/4 this year)
We are lucky to be positioned 5 mins walk to Battersea Park, 12 mins to kings Road, 20 mins to Nine Elms, 23 mins to clapham junction. Otherwise there is a bus which takes you from outside the house over the river, Kings Road in 6 mins
Lots of fitness studios within 30 mins walk inc., Circle eight fitness (Muay Thai) Boomcycle, F45, Triyoga
Beauty wise: facegym, plethora inc Santi London at South Ken
