[SHORT TERM] En-suite Double Room in Walthamstow
Hi there!
I’ll be away for 3 months in sunny Brazil, so I am renting out my ensuite double bedroom for this period only.
Dates: 1/12/23 – 1/3/24. Some flexibility with move in/out dates
The flat::
Modern bedroom with a king size bed with a fantastic mattress. It has a Juliette balcony, letting plenty of light in, triple glazed, warm in winter, bright and airy. There is a desk plus monitor you can work from and storage space in the main wardrobe + chest of drawers.
Ensuite bathroom with a walk-in spacious shower and heated towel rail.
The living room/ kitchen area It is a big living space with sofa and chairs, which you can use at anytime. The kitchen is kept tidy and it is well equipped. There’s also a laundry room to wash and hang dry your clothes.
There is also dedicated bike storage in the building.
Bills (water, electric, internet, council tax) are included EXCEPT for hot water as it’s based on usage but it’s usually quite cheap at no more than 10-20£ per month at most.
Cleaning: the flat must be kept clean and tidy at all times, please.
The flatmate:
You’ll be sharing the kitchen/living areas with one person only, my lovely flatmate Laura who works in film/TV. She’s clean, tidy and respectful of other people’s privacy but also very fun to live with!
The area:
The flat is 2 minutes walk from Walthamstow Central which has Victoria line and Overground access, so direct links to Liverpool Street and Oxford Circus.
Within a max of 5 minutes from the flat there is:
-A Sainsbury’s, Lidl and an Asda plus a number of off-licences and grocery stores
-A shopping centre with a number of different stores and a food hall (Crate Walthamstow)
-A food market with fresh fruit and veg as well as world foods, 5 times a week.
-Gyms, shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs
Strictly no pets or couples – sorry!
