On the ground floor, there is a very large kitchen with good cupboard-storage space, a large dining room, and a good-sized washroom (wash basin and toilet). On the first floor, there is a larger bathroom (wash basin, shower, toilet, and closet) that is located across the hall from the bedrooms. The room is clean and tidy and is furnished with a single bed, a mirror, a rug, and a wardrobe. The house is a 15-minute walk from Blackheath Common and Blackheath Village. It is a 10-minute walk to Kidbrooke Village where the train (good service) can be caught to Victoria, Waterloo, London Bridge, and Charing Cross. The house is also near a variety of buses, two of which travel into North Greenwich station for the Jubilee Line. Greenwich Town, with its markets, shops, and theatre is a further 20 mins down the hill. The house is near a variety of shops: Cooperative, Aldi, Sainsbury. M&S is a 20 walk away.
Mature Students and Professionals are welcome. We would also prefer a female housemate. This is a household where the other two occupants sometimes work from home. There is also a cat. The lodger will not have to pay for broadband, electricity, gas, or council tax. All bills are included. Room is ready to be moved into.
