I’m a professional female looking for a non-smoking professional female to rent a spacious double room in my 2 bedroom maisonette split on 2 floors in Notting Hill.
4 minute walk from Portobello Rd, 1 minute walk from Westbourne Park Tube station (Hammersmith & City and circle lines).
You can also get to Notting Hill Gate station (Central line) in 10min by bus connections 28/31/328.

I am most of the time away, so the flat would be occupied mainly by yourself. Therefore, I am looking for someone respectful, and who I can trust to keep the place tidy and cared for (ie; no parties or random people coming to stay).

The bedroom is fully furnished (incl. double bed, desk, large wardrobe and chess of drawers).
The whole maisonette is refurbished with a large bright living room with wooden floor, modern fitted kitchen (incl. washing machine, dishwasher…), sky tv, broadband, bath and shower, etc.
There is also some storage space.

I have a cleaner who currently comes weekly.

Rent is £1,200 a month available from 27 May and all bills included. References required.
