I’m a live-in landlady so for my security I am looking only for 1 mature, full-time working professional, quiet, courteous lodger to respect the place and keep it immaculately clean. My strict requirements are: NON Smoker; NO Students, NO children, No teenagers. NO parties. NO music (only through earphones.) Only ONE occupant. NO couples. NO overnight guests. If you do not fit my requirements, I kindly ask that you do not apply.
