This is a 3 bed 40’s period flat in a block opposite leafy Clissold Park, right on vibrant Stoke Newington Church Street with easy access to it’s shops, cafes and restaurants. I am a busy professional who only uses the flat approx 2 nights a week and the odd weekend, so my housemate would have plenty of space and privacy, ideal for someone who works from home. There is a good size balcony so someone with green fingers would be appreciated! The block is very quiet and has a good community of neighbours. There is a leisure centre right next door. I have lived here for a long time and love the area. I am looking for a relaxed, tidy and considerate housemate who would be happy to socialise but also enjoys their own space
