Room in a very sunny 2 beds-flats with a garden and shared kitchen and bathroom. For a single person, MUST be very clean and tidy.
Looking for someone from Monday to Friday (3/4 nights/week) or Short term periods (a few months to be considered).
No couples and not suitable for someone working from home.
Not permitted visits or people overnighting, pets, smokers, parties.
The room has a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. A small desk can be added.
Price: from November to February there may be an extra charge up to £50 (depending on bills increase).
£650 from Monday to Friday
£750 from Monday to Sunday, short- term
£300 per week
£50 per day
You will be sharing kitchen and bathroom with me. I am a 41 years old professional female who works from home Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. I will keep the house very clean and tidy and hoping to find someone clean and tidy too
