Studio on top floor of large house is cosy and private with full bath room and kitchenette. It is self-contained except for shared washing facilities on the ground floor in a separate laundry room/shower room.

The small double room with single bed and private toilet and sink is on the 1st floor and shared with anywhere between 1 -3 others. The shared kitchen for the room is vegetarian although some fish is not a problem. This is a large modern house on the edge of Golders Hill Park/ Hampstead West Heath and a minute to bus stop on Finchley Road. We are next to Childs Hill park with its cafe and outdoor gym. Amenities abound with a co-op just a few mins walk. There are 2 friendly cats in the house and may be willing to accept another cat, if a potential lodger has one. There is Fibre Boost broadband with wi-fi extenders. The Studio has its own telephone line but can also use communal broadband.
Transport links are great, with tube, overground and bus stops all nearby. No dark roads to walk down here. We are on a wide well lit road next to the main road straight into London.

This is a good location if you like walks on Hampstead Heath, want a easy commute into London and like easy access to airports.
