It is self-contained except for shared washing facilities on the ground floor in a separate laundry room/shower room. Studio has additional eaves storage space. There are 4 people living in the main house but the Studio is a separate space.

This is a large modern house on the edge of Golders Hill Park/ Hampstead West Heath and a minute to bus stop on Finchley Road. We are next to Childs Hill park with its cafe and outdoor gym. Amenities abound with a co-op just a few mins walk. There are 3 friendly cats in the house. There is Fibre Boost broadband with wi-fi extenders. The Studio has its own telephone line but can also use communal broadband.
Transport links are great, with tube, overground and bus stops all nearby. No dark roads to walk down here. We are on a wide well lit road next to the main road straight into London.

This is a good location if you like walks on Hampstead Heath, want a easy commute into London and like easy access to airports.
