I am working abroad and will be letting my lovely flat fully furnished, Monday to Friday. I basically need to be back in London twice a month to see my children. So open to agreeing to a hybrid, including alternate weekends if needed.

-Large west-facing living/ dining room with B&O TV.
– Large double room with super (American) king-size bed.
– Study room with a bunk bed and a desk, though I am looking for a single professional occupier, hence the rental level.
– Shower room and toilet off the second bedroom (so not ideal for sharers).
– Shared kitchen with a quiet, completely separate male lodger at the back of the property.
