Large living area, dining room and a large kitchen as well as large storage area for each tenant at entry level. There is also a small balcony overlooking the courtyard, a nice place to relax after work or store your bike. Bedrooms, shower room and separate toilet on upper level, the bathroom has a great shower. … not always the case in London.
This is not really a party flat since the other 2 tenants are busy professional and work long hours outside home which means space and privacy for everyone.
There is a Tesco supermarket on the corner of our street and 6 days a week there is a street market, as well as the very many shops, cafes, restaurants close by on Edgware Rd.
Transport links are excellent, 3 train stations within walking distance Edgware Rd Underground ( 2 different stations, 3 lines), Marylebone Station ( Underground and Mainline) and Paddington is close by, as well the many buses running along Edgware Rd.
The flat is close to the Regents Canal towpath ….so easy access ta a great walk along the canal to Regents Park and Camden Town. In the other direction, Maida Vale and St Johnโs Wood are close by with their more upmarket restaurants and cafes.
