I’m looking for a cheerful and tidy individual who wants to share my house which is walking distance from the town centre and shops, has bus routes to Derby & Nottingham, is 2 mins drive off the M1 jct 25. I’m frequently away, so the house mate will have the house to themselves some times. The house has 3 bedrooms, the smallest is used as a study.
The bedroom is fully furnished with a triple wardrobe, drawer set, bedside tables, chair and king size bed. A computer desk can be provided if required. The house has two reception rooms, the living room is the main lounge/TV area and the dining room is currently configured as a second living room/music room with scope for 2nd downstairs Freesat TV. The kitchen is fully equiped and there is a family downstairs bathroom with separate shower and the upstairs study will soon have a second bathroom. The garden is paved and has a BBQ & Fire pit.
