I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy contract on 159 Forest Road. It is an 8 minute walk from Loughborough and already has 5 friendly student roomates looking for a newbie to join. I have just found a placement, hence why I am looking for someone to take my space. Only £145 per week with all bills included and space for a car on the driveway if required. It is a fully furnished house with an open place spacious living room and kitchen space. In addition, each bedroom is equipped with a TV, a double bed, desk and chair, as well as plenty of storage.
