The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, inbuilt double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet & lamp, a single sofa, tv cabinet etc.
You’ll have sole use of the downstairs toilet and walk-in shower.
The kitchen area will be shared, and comes equipped with: a gas hob/electric oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer, a blender, airfryer, pots n pans, crokery, glassware and cutlery etc.
We have a large rear garden, and a shed, for bike/storage. in the rear garden.
There’s ample free parking in all the nearby public car parks.
Council Tax, Water and Electricity bills are included in the rent. You’ll also have free access to high speed Virgin Media Broadband, Netflix. & Amazon Prime Movies.
Pets aren’t allowed, and if you’re a smoker, then please use the rear garden.
