The room is located on the first floor of the terrace house. The main house entrance will take you upstairs where are three rooms with one bathroom/toilet to shear. Downstairs we have kitchen/living room.
Double room for one person. The room has a smart TV. Smart self-control electric heater, mini fridge.
The shower is shared with other two people. One person in each room.
In the kitchen under the counter fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Microwave, coffee machine and electric hob.
10min walk to Asda 24/7 Shopping, Decathlon, Etihad Stadium, McDonald, Starbucks and National Cycling Centre.
Clayton Vale park with a forest and river is a 5min walk
Phillips Park with the small pound is a 10min
From/To City Centre:
Taxi to/from Piccadilly Garden will cost you around £6-9 and it will take approximately 15min
Bus (216; 217; 231) to/from Piccadilly Garden is around 30min journey
Tram to/from Piccadilly Garden will take 15min, plus walk 10min from/to the house
