Hi, My name is Russell and I am offering a room in this apartment I currently rent. Situated in the small village of Melbourn, very quiet peaceful area with local shops down the road and a train station (Meldrith) only 15mins walking for commutes to London. Beautiful walks nearby for a breath of fresh air.
A very peaceful apartment, that’s mellow and relaxing to all that have stayed. My tenants feel sad when they have to leave.
The room is large, clean and tidy and will shortly be unoccupied.
Super-Fast Broadband, with no downtime. As much of it as you can eat 🙂
The apartment itself is small, yet the rooms come with plenty of breathing space, even with a double bed.
Looking to share this place and foot the bills with someone. I am a nice guy and you will get as much privacy as you need. I ask in return that you are stable minded, responsible and help out with the housework -cleaning, vacuuming etc.
3 ample parking spaces around the back of the house. For ease of parking!!
