Quiet room with creative females
Large room in a period house on a quiet road. Right next to parks, common and leisure centre with gym and swimming pool. We have two small dogs. This room has been a living room but we can socialise in the kitchen diner and garden. New bathroom fitted upstairs with a second downstairs toilet. We are usually at home working and studying and often working on creative projects particularly music as we both play guitar but it’s still a quiet home. Really good transport links with tram, train and tube. Shops a minute away. I can be flexible with the furniture in the room and provide whatever is required. There is room for a small sofa, wardrobe and desk. We are vegetarian and would prefer that but it’s negotiable for the right person. One of my sons is here until uni starts again and will probably be home for Xmas for a few days.
