Lovely, bright loft room available in a four-bedroom semi-detached house on a quiet road near Mitcham Common. There’s off-street parking and great transport links – just a 5–10 minute walk to Mitcham Eastfields station (trains to Victoria and London Bridge), plus buses and the tram within easy reach.

The room is airy and comfortable, with a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, hanging rails, chair, and a 40-inch TV. It also has its own en suite with a walk-in shower and a Juliet balcony for a nice bit of fresh air. I can provide extra furniture if needed.

The kitchen is big and well-equipped with all the usual bits – cooker, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher, and a large American-style fridge freezer. There’s plenty of cupboard space too.

A bit about me:
I’m a retired lady who enjoys gardening (especially at my allotment), long walks, and the occasional holiday. I live here with a small, friendly dog and a cat – both are very chilled.
